The Treatment
The session
The flat applicator is placed around the area you want to work - the abdomen, for example. Over 20 to 25 minutes the muscle works in short, powerful contractions. We build up the intensity gently, and most people find the treatment comfortable.
Your rhythm
Ideally 4 to 6 sessions per area a few days apart, then a maintenance session every 3 to 6 months. Painless and with no downtime - you pick your day right back up.
